DataSavers’ fulfillment operations cover all aspects of the world of direct-to-consumer and ecommerce fulfillment. Fulfillment generally includes five areas of service: Receiving, Inventory Management, Order Processing, Distribution and Returns Management.

Receiving

  • DataSavers receives shipments from all over the United States for various clients

  • inspected for damage
  • reconciled against manifest/transmittal information
  • barcoded for tracking and management of inventory

    • Inventory Management

  • Materials are categorized by activity priority and volume to ensure the most efficient processes are followed to fulfill orders. Efficiency is key to controlling costs and DataSavers’ customized processes ensure clients are in full control of the bottom line
  • DataSavers maintains real-time data on all materials for easy reporting and analysis of inventory and activity levels

    • Order Processing

  • DataSavers online tools make order processing quick and easy. Simply choose the materials needed, add to the cart, and provide delivery information. We will handle the rest.
  • Materials are picked in the most efficient manner and packaged to provide the best shipping method for the entire order
  • DataSavers uses high quality packaging materials to protect items during delivery

    • Distribution

  • DataSavers also utilizes many different channels for delivery of items including in-house courier services, OTR FTL and LTL carriers, UPS, Fed-Ex and USPS.
  • The top priority is always the security of the materials in transit, and all steps are taken to vet and approve carriers and drivers for maximum security of transit.
  • While security is utmost, cost is always an additional driving factor. DataSavers leverages transit volume and internal resources to provide the best service for the best price.

    • Returns Management

  • DataSavers maintains a return policy for consumers and associates that allow for efficient and accurate returns of product
  • Each package contains manifest and tracking information for all materials as well as return shipment information. Simply return the package by following the included direction and DataSavers will properly return to inventory.
