Scan on Demand
For many records programs, imaging a set of documents may not be the most cost-efficient method to deliver the information to an end user. For low retrieval records, a Scan-On-Demand solution is usually a better option.
With DocTracker's Scan-On-Demand service, DataSavers will retrieve the requested files from storage, locate the correct document(s), image the document(s), and deliver the image(s) as requested to the end user. If hosted through DataSavers Hosting Solutions, the image may be uploaded and accessed through the hosting site. We can also email or upload to an FTP site for easy access. All delivery methods are secure and easy.
