DON'T PANIC: The Expanding World of Records Management

If you are unfamiliar with Douglas Adams brilliant series The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, you may not fully understand the title of this post. In the series, the Hitchhiker’s Guide is “a sort of electronic book. It tells you everything you need to know about anything. That’s its job.” And, on the front of the book, in big friendly letters are the words DON’T PANIC.

Records Management and American Lighting
